Over these past few months I've noticed an increase in men wearing slippers- on the streets. Usually velvet slippers are worn by rich men lounging around in their cigar rooms, and they often wear matching velvet robes and paisley ascots. But these days velvet slippers are being worn sockless with light colored denim jeans and button-ups. i have velvet slippers, mine are ralph lauren-- very comfortable. i havent worn them out yet, but i will try it this weekend.
